Withdrawal in PKR only: All withdrawals from rs9999 are issued in PKR to your nominated JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted under any circumstances.

Eligibility requirements, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games and wagering requirements vary by promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each bonus before opting in.
Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be processed on those funds.

Live Casino games use real dealers and physical cards or wheels. Slot and Fish Games use certified random number generation. rs9999 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or against individual players.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a game session, rs9999 will attempt to resolve the issue and restore the game state where possible. If this is not technically feasible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a provably malfunctioning game session may be voided at rs9999's discretion.
Once a bet has been placed and confirmed within a game session, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify your stake amount before confirming a bet. rs9999 does not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of player error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rs9999 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform:
Fraud prevention: rs9999 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Any account found in breach of this section will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and confirmed violations will result in permanent closure and reporting where required by law.
rs9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected. During a suspension, deposits, withdrawals and gameplay will be frozen pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your rs9999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any eligible real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
If an account is closed by rs9999 due to confirmed breach of these terms, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
